Booking Policy

“Booking will be confirmed only after an advance payment.”

1. Confirmation

A reservation is considered confirmed once the advance payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email or message.

2. Identification

A valid government-issued ID is mandatory for all guests upon check-in. Foreign nationals must provide a valid passport and visa.

3. Check-in/Check-out

Standard Check-in time: 12:00 PM. Standard Check-out time: 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
