Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation Window

Free cancellation is permitted up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled check-in time (12:00 PM local time).

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled check-in time will be subject to a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive without prior notification, the reservation will be canceled and the advance payment for the first night will be forfeited.
